Your placement planning kit

A copyable campaign brief, a photo checklist and a cost worksheet for your first physical advertising placement.

Campaign brief

Use this template as a starting point. Replace the brackets with your actual conditions; no venue, attendance or audience is implied.

Goal: [one offer or event]
City and area: [actual location or normal route]
Surface and size: [position, width × height]
Display dates and daily hours: [local time zone]
Shared or exclusive: [exact space reserved]
Materials: [who prints, ships, installs and removes]
Photos: [start, during and final requirements]
Permissions and restrictions: [confirm with the owner or venue]
Measurement: [optional QR code or offer code]

Photos that answer real questions

  • Show the whole item or location and the exact advertising surface.
  • Add a straight-on view and a close-up; include measurements and anything that can obscure it.
  • For event clothing, show the wearable placement and describe access and attendance separately. Never imply official sponsorship.

Prepare your proposal: Confirm permission to offer the surface · Take 1–8 current photos and choose a cover · Measure usable space and define available dates · Work out production, installation and your own time costs

Work out the cost before setting a price

Advertiser: daily format price × booked days, plus any separately agreed production and shipping costs. Host: the platform share leaves 80% of the booking amount before your own costs. Account for printing, installation, removal, photos and time. An enquiry does not guarantee work or earnings.

For a shop window or bazaar appearance, state actual opening or attendance hours. A Johor Bahru placement does not automatically include Singapore. Describe the actual motosikal route and choose Malay, English or another language for your audience.
