India / Advertising-space provider guide

Make a clear offer from a space you already have.

You can propose a kirana-shop window, a bicycle or motorbike surface, or a branded T-shirt worn at a named event, provided you have the right to use it for advertising. You are offering a display service with defined conditions, not selling the item itself or guaranteeing a large audience.

Explain exactly what you are offering

For a kirana-shop window or neighbourhood counter, describe the exact surface, dimensions, opening hours and anything that blocks the display. A full photo and a straight-on view answer different questions. Avoid unnecessary personal details in photographs.

For a moving placement, distinguish Delhi and NCR, Mumbai and the wider metropolitan area, or a specific Kolkata neighbourhood. Describe a normal, repeatable route and realistic days of operation. Do not promise that driving somewhere in a city means reaching everyone in it.

An event appearance needs a real attendance plan

If you are attending a market, community event or exhibition, describe the name, venue, dates, daily hours and areas you can enter. Ordinary attendee access is not official event advertising, a booth or permission to sell. Check the venue's conditions.

Specify the garment or item, size, delivery deadline and proof requirements. Only accept requests you can actually perform. Material and shipping arrangements should be agreed before the task proceeds.

Make sharing and exclusivity understandable

A shared surface can offer several non-overlapping placements. A small format reserves one or more defined capacity units; a larger one reserves more; an exclusive format reserves the complete available advertising surface.

Capacity must represent physical space. Do not count the same surface twice under different names. For a single branded top at an event, a straightforward exclusive offer may be clearer than several competing formats.

Understand review, work and settlement

Submit the proposal with country, city, region and local time zone. Publication follows review; submitting does not automatically grant a host role or guarantee enquiries. Review a brand's material, dates and instructions before accepting its request.

The advertiser pays after acceptance. Complete the paid work and submit the required photos. The platform fee is 20% of the booking amount; the provider share is 80% before their own costs. Settlement follows the applicable review and dispute process. Orders, earnings and instant payouts are not guaranteed.

Questions before you start

Can I offer a rented shop or someone else's vehicle?

Only if you have the necessary permission and the arrangement allows advertising. Confirm ownership, lease and venue restrictions before proposing the space.

Do I need to accept every advertiser?

No. Accept only requests whose dates, material and instructions meet the conditions of your offer and that you can complete.

Does publishing a space guarantee side income?

No. Demand is uncertain. Payment depends on an accepted, paid booking and performance according to the agreed terms.

Start with photos, measurements and honest conditions.
