India / Local advertising guide

Your next campaign starts with a real place.

A local business does not always need a billboard. Consider a kirana-shop window, a bicycle or motorbike surface, or a branded T-shirt worn at a named event. The useful question is not just how big the city is, but exactly where your message will appear and what the provider agrees to do.

Choose a useful area before a famous city name

Distinguish Delhi and NCR, Mumbai and the wider metropolitan area, or a specific Kolkata neighbourhood. A listing's broad location label does not prove that your campaign covers the whole region. Start with the catchment area of your business and ask where the placement is actually visible.

Choose the language of your printed message for the audience, not for this guide. English and Hindi may be useful, but they are not substitutes for Bengali, Marathi or other languages your customers use. Approve the final artwork with the provider before printing.

Buy a defined display, not a vague promise of promotion

A window poster is different from a counter display or a moving decal. Check the width, height, exact position and hours when it is visible. For a kirana shop, ask whether a shutter, stock or another sign obscures the surface.

Shared formats reserve part of the stated advertising surface; other brands may appear alongside yours. Exclusive formats reserve the complete advertising surface defined in that offer, not automatically the entire vehicle, shop or event.

  • Vehicle: surface, size, ordinary route, installation and removal.
  • Window: viewing direction, opening hours and acceptable adhesive.
  • Event clothing: named event, attendance dates, hours, access, garment size and delivery deadline.

Agree the work, then pay after acceptance

Choose a published listing, format and dates, and describe your brand and material. The provider reviews your request before accepting. You pay after acceptance, not simply because you sent an enquiry.

Agree who prints, ships, installs and removes the material. Photos document the beginning, agreed progress and completion of the work. Review the placement against the agreed terms; photos do not verify impressions, customer visits or sales.

Start with one campaign you can evaluate

For a neighbourhood service or kirana-shop promotion, use one offer, one placement and a defined date range. A dedicated QR code or offer code can help you evaluate responses using your own business data.

Check the owner's and venue's permissions before committing. This guide does not establish local supply, payment eligibility or an official event partnership. If there are no published listings in India, propose a space or send a private campaign request; availability and outcomes are not guaranteed.

Questions before you start

Does an event T-shirt booking include a booth or official sponsorship?

No. Clothing attendance is a specific task. The listing must describe actual access and time on site; booth space, sales, handouts and sponsorship rights are not automatically included.

Can I book a placement anywhere in India?

Only published listings with suitable dates and conditions can receive booking requests. The planning guide is not evidence that a city already has available inventory.

Are prices displayed in local currency?

The current catalog quotes prices in USD. Keep production and shipping arrangements explicit, and do not assume a local payment or payout method is supported.

Put the location and task into words.

Check published inventory or tell us the city, format and dates you need.
